I've been staying here off and on since the end of December. When I became homeless this was the absolute better place for myself and my family, due to the high drug and crime @ the other hotels in this area. So I was disappointed when going to pay for another 2 weeks we were told we had to leave and wouldn't rent to us and had to be gone the next check out day (tomorrow Sunday, Feb.5, 2023 ). With no explanation I need answers I've spent alot of money here since December til now.

My room was very clean. The people that worked there are so very nice and if you’re short anything in the room, they do not hesitate to help you and that is fantastic. Very very nice people.

When we pulled up to the property every thing was lovely and their was plenty of good parking! The desk clerk was friendly and used to live close to our hometown! Check in was super easy! When we open the door to the room we were hit with this clean inviting scent! Our room was gorgeous with a pool view! All the amenities! Extra towels were provided as asked for! Shopping and restaurants were all in walking distance! This has been my best stay in Jacksonville so far!

Clean no bugs Great Customer Service Staff plenty of towels Everything Works( ice machine vent machines clean outside nice comfy rooms bed awesome Quality Inn will always be my first choice reasonable prices as well

The room Was good for the price and the location was a MAJOR PLUS..WE WASN'T FAR FROM ANYTHING..LIKE FOOD,GROCERY STORES,ENTERTAINMENT, OR CONVENIENT STORES!!! EVERYTHING WAS RIGHT NEAR THE MOTEL..SO THAT WAS A MAJOR PLUS!! AND THE RECEPTIONIST WAS A SWEETHEART..I DONT REMEMBER HER NAME BUT ILL NEVER FORGET HER FACE!! SHE WAS ALSO HELPFUL WITH REFERRING US TO GOOD RESTAURANTS IN THE AREA!! I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THIS PLACE..

The manager was so accommodating. Needed for emergency due to Hurricane Helene, credit card machine was down and he worked with us. Great guy.

Love the 2 ladies at the front desk and the breakfast bar on Wednesday morning. I am sorry I neglected to ask for their names. Very very very friendly and helpful with local sightseeing and restaurants. Thank you 😀
